"The hotel itself was awesome. My experience with Expedia was a nightmare. Room was not advertised the same as it was on holiday inns website. Was expecting 2 beds and only received 1 bed and a couch. After nearly 2 hours of waiting online for Expedia as the online messaging portal is a joke, I was told they are booked and to try another hotel. But hotel was going to charge for one night if I canceled."

When we arrived, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and there were crumbs and debris under the desk that made it clear the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before check-in. "The property was in good condition and the room was clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The major drawback was that, for some reason, there was a high percentage of homeless people in the area which was a concern. I understand the facility has limited control over this, but at times I was concerned over my personal safety. Thank you."
