"We really loved our stay here. The Old Bank House B&B has done an amazing job of preserving their history. We enjoyed looking at all of their historic heirlooms in the living room. Their attention to detail was impressive - the cleanliness, the comfort and decor, their wonderful breakfast and lovely sitting areas inside and out were top notch. Everyone who worked their was very kind and helpful. We loved the proximity to the lake and the main part of town too. We look forward to returning...

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, complimentary coffee, tea, and water, and a large Samsung flat-screen TV. "My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"From the perspective of 2 seniors, the Loft required far too many stairs, so they should have posted an "Accessibility Advisor". The view was great, however the electrical was highly outdated. A telltale sign is electrical outlet bars, and a lack of fans, particularly in the bathroom, so we had to run the A/C at a low temp (65 F) all nite. The location of the TV was a bit obtuse. She contacted us the day we were to check in with the details needed to check in and a breakfast menu with lots of options available to choose from. Property is quiet, relaxing, clean, a short drive to Town of Niagara on the lake and we love staying here every time!!!!
