"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean included a refrigerator and sink area outside the bathroom, for make up etc. The locks are push button with a code on the door and they were having lots of problems with these locks working…. So that was a little uncomfortable for us. "

"The hotel was going through some upgrades so all the Lucy and Desi pictures were not displayed… which made me a little sad because that’s one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there. They were also replacing all mattresses and were unfortunately not the ones that got a new mattress so our sleep wasn’t the best. "

"I can only say that the owners are not interested in investing in this property to do any upgrades. We go every year. Its sad to see that it's degrading. Dirty carpets on the stairs, hallways, rooms. Dirty walls and windows. Old shower heads and leaking water in the bathroom. Some rooms have been upgraded , but very few from what I understood when talking to other people staying there. Many disappointed. Unkept pools (which is so sad bc the water is so great). Ripped pool chairs. The restaurant is decent, but nothing worth to stay in to eat more then once. Staff is nice... I ll give it another try next year, but I ll have to start looking somewhere else when going to Indian wells tennis tournament every year ... "
