"For the first three days of our stay, the AC was nonfunctional in the guest rooms. Rooms were 80F. There was no ETA for repair, front desk staff was untrained and some personnel were rude. We moved to a different room and the new room had a clogged sink and there was no maintenance person available to fix it. We left for 24 hours and the drain was repaired and the AC was kind of working. I reported my problems to Hyatt Corporate, hopefully some of my recommendations will be implemented. Not...

"Loved the location of this hotel, just a couple of minutes walk from the station so ideal if arriving by train, as we were. Plenty of good cafes, pubs and mini supermarkets close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them. Cafe on the ground floor was also a bonus, food and drinks fab. Will definitely stay here again."

"Very comfortable large room in the garden of the pub. Oak beams, beautiful flowers outside the window and a very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was eaten in the room. Unfortunately although the milk & fruit juice in the fridge were ok I am coeliac so the cereals and croissant were not suitable. When I told the young lady behind the bar she immediately went to a local shop and came back with a box of GF cereals and a GF loaf. Excellent service. Maybe a toaster in the room would be...
