"Stayed here to attend my niece's graduation. Room was very big and beds were comfortable. But, walls were dirty and the bathroom door was hard to open. Other than that a great hotel with lots of places to go within walking distance."

"This property is in poor shape. The pool was disgustingly. The carpet in rooms dirty, the bathroom was dated and needs to be painted and refreshed. The walls in the room were pretty dirty. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good each day. Also, the elevator inspection has been expired since last year."

"My nice honest review: Me and my husband stayed two nights for a weekend because we worked at an event in Nashville for the weekend and it was too far of a drive home and Nashville hotels are overpriced. It’s an okay place to stay if you’re just staying one night but not great if you’re staying more than that. "Was great"

"It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night."

"The property is OLD but clean. The way they do Ck in is ridiculous. There’s so much furniture in the main lobby. You can’t have more than three people checking in and you’re still almost falling over each other. You can barely get one of those carts through the main lobby. I’m not joking. There’s so much furniture. It’s insane."

"Our mattress sucked and the pillows were awful. The bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Toilet was dirty inside and not enough towels. There was a m&m that was there on the carpet when we arrived and asked the staff to please freshen our room. The cleaning people came with new towels but forget to clean the bathroom. Front desk was terrific."

"This is a MOTEL not HOTEL. All entry were Exterior doors. I was not aware when I booked. I would have never stayed there had I known. I do not believe the images showed this. I would have to go back to review. It was very old/ dated. It was in a wooded area although close to Galleria. Very Bates Motel vibe. The clerk was very comforting and put me in a area near check in with cameras. Staff was very nice. It was too late to change when I arrived after 5 flight delays. No restaurants open....
