"Clean and helpful staff, but I had to pay for extra bed the bed was too small. Restaurant is good. I booked ocean view but only see construction stuff not too good"

"Clean room and comfortable beds from Sheraton Tung Chung. Great gym facilities. Most importantly staff here are friendly, well-trained and always very helpful. The airport shuttle service is also a good plus. The shuttle service timetable however was a little hard to find (you can easily get this info at hotel concierge, but not at all on hotel website or via the booking site). It would be nice for the hotel to communicate the shuttle service timetable to their guests prior to check-in date to...

"I stayed here for four days. This was the first time I stay with this hotel and surprisingly found it was best value for money. Very convenenint location, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and very close to subway stations. Will come back definitely next time."

"The hotel is only about 25 minutes drive from the airport. It’s located next to a sandy beach and a private yacht club. It’s a little bit remote but taxi is quite cheap, so travelling to central Hong Kong is not a problem. The seaview room is spacious and has a nice view of the yacht club, sea front, swimming pool and garden. The fitting and fixtures are a bit dated. The cleaning is ok but can be better - the interior of the cupboards and wardrobe is very dusty and seems to be never cleaned....

"This is my first time staying at this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I think the front desk needs more attention. I had a problem with the TV remote. I went downstairs personally and spoke to the clerk. He said there will be housekeeping coming to my room in five minutes but no one shows up. "The best part is, the place is near from everything. Groceries, mall, mtr, etc. And my room has the cityview. The best. But it is very strict that everyone must check out at 11, and your key can not open the door although your bagage still inside. "

"love the location because it's near to the exhibition centre, 10 minutes walking. Our favorite restaurants : JoyHing Roast meat, Kam's Roast Goose, Kao De Zhu all within walking distance. The only setback is the hotel rooms are old-fashioned without the modern facilities. They only gave small carton drinks."
