"Excelente hotel hace honor a su nombre tuvimos una excelente vacaciones en familia con la ubicación ideal para visitar todos los cayos de sobresaltar su playa hermosa con palmeras , su bar con variedad de cocteles y el menú variado para cada miembro de la familia , sus villas amplias y cómodas para una estancia de varios días , la atención de su personal amigable en especial la muchacha del bar nos hizo excelentes recomendaciónes , la piscina familiar perfecta para refrescar al final del día...

"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

"We booked a queen bed with a sofa bed sea facing. We did not get what we paid for. we got a queen bed and blow up matress on the floor!!Claustrophobic room tiny bathroom barely able to sit. Or squeeze into the shower. Staff definitely tried to make up for managements lack of room assignments. The private beach area is not as pictured. Not really much for children to do in the beach area. You cannot swim in the area they have closed off. Breakfast was nice. Staff very nice. But management sucks...

"There was an annoying sound all night I think from the AC. Check our room 336 bc it’s super annoying that sound all night. One of the night lights did not work, to get ice you have to go downstairs. The noise AC, last time the TV was in Spanish mode and super complex just to find a local channel."

"The staff was amazing and did what they could with what they had. The building need some upkeep and the air conditioning needs to be fixed for the restaurant, but besides that the stay was very pleasant and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay the best that it could have been. I would most definitely comeback again to visit."
