"The room was beautifully decorated and everything looked like new. Parking spots are very narrow and limited. However the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and in the neighboring rooms. Both nights we were awaken by noise from other rooms in the middle of the night. The staff could be friendlier. We had an issue with the tub but was repaired quickly but that meant our room did not get cleaned. "

"The customer service at this hotel is exceptional! You’re able to text them when you need something or have an issue. When I first arrived in the room, I noticed one of the cabinet door hinges were loose & they came within 30 minutes to fix it! The gym is very big & has all kinds of machines & weights you may need."

It would be nice to have a luggage cart as the parking is off to one side of the hotel and we had to make several trips. Walking trails nearby and very close to old town. "

Minor issues... a couple of times during the stay, only one elevator was working.. but the problem was corrected within a few hours. The other thing... the day we checked out, there were no luggage carts available. I understand that guests can take the carts to their rooms and failr to bring them back down as required. For that reason, I think every hotel should keep a cart in back for the occasions like we had. As you can...

They should have told us that ahead of time. When she told us she put us in the quiet side. The plus was the pool and happy hour selections!! And the pool side staff was amazing!!"

"The biggest asset for this property is the staff. They are friendly and accommodating - I've been at big hotels where the staff was professional, but this place made me feel welcome. I was there during spring break so everything was booked and it was loud and noisy till one in the morning. Also, it's very close to a main street which made it very hard to sleep due to noise although the property has some great amenities there's a lot that needs to be repaired."
