"the room wasnt cleaned despite asking 3 times in 2 days
the room was about a 10minute walk from the lobby, escaltor/elevators, bridges over the road - insist you are in the main building
the restaurant 13 was a disgrace - place was empty but the woman made us stand until she was ready to sit us. blatantly ignorant and rude"

"We stayed there so that we would be close to the airport. They are connected to the airport by a walkway, which we used at 5:00am in the morning. Very convenient, the staff was very helpful with fast check in, as well as a couple of bottles of water. The restaurant provided a nice variety and very tasty. We enjoyed the hotel very much."

"We were put in a Dirty room that was under construction. There was no number outside of the room, then when we went into the room the lightbulb was out for the main hallway
Light. The AC was not working and we could barely sleep throughout the night. The staff at the front desk were not helpful when called about all the issues we had with the room.
