"Pleasant hotel with spa facilities about 20 minutes drive from Norwich. Having a good size pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was really useful. Breakfast was excellent - usual buffet with the addition of cooked to order items such as avocado toast, eggs Benedict, etc. Lack of aircon in the bedrooms was a serious deficiency - not helped by the room being fairly small. "There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
