"Staff was more than accommodating and they work hard to keep the grounds up. No it’s not 5 star luxury, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and what’s more my teenagers were entertained. Spent my evenings with a pina colada on the beach"

"We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable. "

"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"Noisy in the morning. Was awakened by other guests at 330 in the morning to very very loud music!"

"Needed a last minute room and this was perfect! Definitely a decent size for the price, clean and quiet. Good AC. No complaints, walkable area. "

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"Parking can be a hit or miss, amenities were great, definitely better than the other hostels I stayed at in PR. Staff was okay, didn’t get my check in instructions until after my check in time which made me worried if I was confirmed or not. Beds were comfy and the privacy curtains are really appreciated"

"The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. "

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. "

"Only stayed one night. Booked to cover late flight arrival and they let me in at 2 am after calling the help line..thank you. Kind of loud (exterior street noises) but that was to be expected, per other reviews. No need for staff to come in and announce check out time, I was fully aware of what it was;, very strange , IMO . There is a free public book shelf area that was directly across the street. Thanks to city or whoever set this up. Thanks again for last .minute accommodations."

"Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night."
