Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
there is long hair in the unused towel. I reported to front on the first day, after replacement of towel, there is still another long hair in the replaced towel.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
