"Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient 7 Eleven in the hotel lobby. Super close to Shinagawa Station. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Quiet, beautiful gardens and just an all around great place to stay. I’d give it 10 stars if I could."
