"There are ants in the bathroom!! The toilet doesn’t work well."

"The front desk staff was very helpful, even if the senior property management wasn't. Had booked my reservations through Expedia, and had to move a one night stay up by one day. Hotel had plenty of vacancies and I agreed to pay a high fee. Expedia reached out to the hotel management to request a waiver of the cancellation fee but hotel woud not respond."

"We could not make it to the hotel due to issues with our American Airline flight. We had to reroute our trip and missed Venice entirely. We could not cancel our reservation 24 hours ahead and they WOULD NOT give us our money back. Not even for the second night. They could have shown some empathy as traveling issues occur that are outside side of peoples control. This place did not! So I would not recommend anyone stay here!"

"The property is just a short walk to St Mark’s square. Perfect room for a solo traveler. Mine had a small step on balcony where I could watch the gondoliers navigate the narrow canal below and hear plentiful church bells as the tourists watched from a small bridge. Not all rooms have it so inquire first. The breakfast you can purchase is plentiful. The bar next door is accessible from the lobby. The water bus stop is a few steps away. The water taxi (90 Euros) will pick you up at a lobby door on...

"Sehr gute Lage um alle Attraktionen wie Murano, Burano und die Hauptplätze Venedigs zu erreichen. Weg vom Trubel des Markusplatzes. Das Hotel hat schöne, großzügige Zimmer und einen eigenen Anlegeplatz. Beim Frühstück schaut man auf den Grand Canal und die vorbeifahrenden Boote. Zudem ist man sofort in einer gemütlichen Einkaufsstraße mit lokalen Geschäften sodass man tagsüber und abends bummeln gehen kann. Werde das Hotel immer wieder buchen."
