"I have to be honest—Kayla at the front desk is the only reason I didn’t give a much lower rating than I did. I wasn’t particularly impressed with several aspects of my stay or with the condition of my room. However, Kayla was an absolute delight. She was professional, friendly, genuinely helpful, and she has a great smile. The hospitality industry needs more people like her. It would be nice to see her climb the corporate ladder. "

"The Embassy Suites in Ayrsley were clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I was informed that they had a daily happy hour where 2 drinks would be complimentary as well as breakfast hours. The room was quiet and clean and the beds were firm and pillows soft. The Ayrsley part of Charlotte is clean and feels very safe, which helped me feel more relaxed during my stay. I also appreciated that they had chargers for EVs on site. I would choose to stay here again if I am ever in the Charlotte area again!"

"The staff and service were over the top generous. Gracious, kind and extremely helpful. As is the case in most hotels, food and beverage prices were also over the top- meaning, more expensive than the value of what was being purchased. The only issue for this particular stay is that we had two fire drills, (yes 2!) on the same evening several hours apart. It did not make for a restful night in the best sense of the word. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Special shout out to Rebecca, our dinner server, and Miguel, our server for our morning meals. They were both over the top in their service to us. And special shout out to Kamesha! She, too, was over the top in her welcome and prompt check-in."
