"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"

"The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose."

"Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel was clean and on the beach. The pool area was nice and very cleaned. Close to the pool was a bar drinks were great. Staff was very nice, manager not so much. The hotel is old, it is not falling apart but you can see its an older building. Rooms, bathroom and balcony very out dated. The television did not connect to any apps so it was hard to unwind at the end of the night with show. Building has 2 elevators but only one worked so we did alot of waiting for elevators. "The room and the view met the expectation"

"The pictures that were on the original booking were decieving. What i thought was a one bedroom condo was actually an efficiency condo. They only gave us 4 towels for EIGHT days and refused more. There is quarter laundry downstairs, the dryers half work. We would have to bring clothes back up and hang them around our room everywhere to dry. I would not recommend this property if you have a toddler, the pool isn’t toddler friendly and it’s very shaded. For the price i paid i do not feel like this...

"Location and view was great. Issues were, electrical outlets in bathroom didint work, bathroom smelled like urine, coffee maker was broken. Literally broken!"

"Nice place to stay when in florida"

"Well first surprise was long black curly hairs when I pulled back the sheets, got all that taken care of then tried to get on wi fi to look for places to eat but it didn’t work. Only took couple days to get that fixed, oh and elevators are terrible, sometimes they work but had to use the stairs a lot. Will never go back to this overpriced place."
