Staff service was lack luster but always quick to address issues. View was nice even in the base room, would be a guest at Nobu hotel frequently. Just wish they had a loyalty program and collect 'Nobu points' or something similar. Additionally a pool would be a excellent addition at the Toronto hotel. "

"My husband and I booked a room for ourselves and another for our adult son when we had a weekend visit in Toronto. The staff at the Pantages are all extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The Pantages was an excellent location for us. Plenty of great restaurants close by to choose from. The Eatons Centre offered many shopping opportunities and was literally a two minute walk from the hotel. The PATH (also just a few minutes from the hotel) allowed us to easily, safely, and comfortably get down...

"Waterfall was not functioning in the pool area, asked for a fork at front desk and never got one. Always felt like I had to tip the bellmen. Parking should be free if paying that much for a hotel room. Other than that, all the attractions that we wanted to see were in walking distance. "
