"Staff at reception on Friday and Saturday was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Having worked in the service industry management for a long time, you can easily recognize valuable employees, they make a huge difference between providing good vs great customer service. She provided great customer service. "

"Surprisingly small, beautiful hotel in a historic building. I noticed the attention to the small details from the overall decor of the room, to the pillows & linens, to the robes & slippers, high end soaps & lotions, pitcher of water w glasses and wonderful room service continental breakfast. There was even a secret cute speakeasy bar/lounge across the hall. Loved it ! One small negative is the area is not great & there is no parking "
