Easy to get to and not too noisy despite being steps away from a transit station and in the heart of downtown. Clean room with a updates bathroom was nice. TV was Smart TV only, but not a deal breaker. Overall a nice stay close to lots of stores downtown.

Perfect location on arrival into Toronto. Met Harley at the property who couldn’t be more helpful. The room / hotel was very clean and well maintained. Harley gave recommendations for where to eat and couldn’t have been happier. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you very much Harley.

Great room for someone on a work visit. What is not clear is that the door code and room are texted to you only when you check-in online prior to getting to the hotel. I did not do that and so was surprised when I landed there and there was no way for me to enter the hotel. Fortunately I had their number and Harley the manager was prompt in sending me the details even though I had not checked in. Very helpful and comfortable room with a great location - bang opposite the Wellseley metro station.

Clean but they need to put the sign up, so it helps people to find a place. Also, they should recommend where the public parking is.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed and room temperature, chic decor, and had everything you’d need for a short stay in the city! Located within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, nightlife, and very close to an easily accessible public transit station. Helpful and clear communication with staff. Would stay again :)

It was close to the concert I was going to. The surrounding is not the best but it is in front of a metro station. Nobody changed the towels and I had only one washcloth for the two days I was there. But it was quiet and the manager was sympathetic.

The location to the TTC was excellent. The hotel outside was dark and gloomy, the walkway needed repair. The neighbouring building was closed and rough looking. Yonge street was very old in this part of town. Quite a few street people yelling at night. Hotel room bedding needs to be updated, as well as vacuumed. Blinds could not be opened. Lamp switch sketchy. I guess you get what you pay for. Manager brought in more towels and coffee when asked.

Cons: the a/c wasn’t working and we weren’t given a heads up. We were able to open the window but there isn’t a screen up. The base for the handheld shower was broken so it had to just hang in the shower. The shower could use a revamp in general. Pros: PHENOMENAL LOCATION. The house is nicely renovated with modern amenities while maintaining the Victorian charm. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temp was good. House itself was pretty quiet. The convenience is perfect. The TTC subway station is right across the street, with Church St and Yonge St about a 5 min walk in either direction. I would definitely stay here again. The neighbourhood is beautiful.
