"We had a wonderful memorable stay. We stayed for 10 days and room was kept clean everyday. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly assisted, even went out of her way to contact someone at the airport since we had lost a cellphone which we eventually found back at the airport thankfully due to some honest people in Italy.
