"An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar. The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall."

We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. "Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....

"We are retired and we’re only there because EasyJet cancelled our flight. However it was a great experience right from the start with Simone in reception. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. The facilities for kids looked amazing. "

"The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "Clean room and environment with friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the breakfast service. Open for two hours, but clearly I felt rushed for final half hour, and the clanging of dishes being collected made it clear we were to move on. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay, close to everything and away from the din of city and tourists. Next time I would exclude breakfast and use our apartment kitchen."
