"We were delighted to have booked Le Provencal. The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'. "La maison n'avait sûrement pas ete aéré depuis la saison passée vu l'odeur, la poussière et les insectes morts un peu partout. Les joints sont tous immondes. Si vous pensiez avoir 2 chambres sachez qu'il n'y a aucune isolation donc vous dormez pratiquement dans le même lit meme a des étages différents. Le seul point positif c'est la gentillesse du personnel."
