Service was impeccable and staff go out of their way to help make the stay comfortable. I informed hotel about a birthday, They set up the room with flowers and treats to make the day special! Thank you to guest relations manager for making it extra memorable. Will deffo book at this hotel when visiting Marrakech again!"

"The staff was amazing ,they advised us to go to Nouba restaurant which was marvelous ( highly recommended) Friendly staff in the bar , also reception. Swimming pool is good. Don’t spend too much time in Casablanca ( two days not more ) More activities can be found in Marrakesh. We are from Norway , USA and Iraq. Black cat used to be with us in the bar her name is Mimi, I wanted to invite her for a meal, I have been told she has been living in the hotel for 5 years and she likes to eat Italian food. Nic e hotel, we enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay. In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies. There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better. Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants. Overall our stay at the hotel was amazing and we loved it."

Hotel is strict about their policies - a bit easy being on this part will make them a truly great hotel as service comes first. However Hotel servicing staff - Restaurant, Bar, poolside they were cordial. All in all Great hotel for families with young kids. Old and traditional Morrocan look."
