"Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the sushi at the pool was incredible, and the drinks were great.
We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell. It was a bigger property than we're used to, so that could be some of the reason it lacks a more intimate approach. The interior could use a bit of updating and...

"everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and the swim up pool made stay very enjoyable. The extra perk of pool service from our pool was great for lunch and drinks no need to get dressed. All of the Reserve staff were friendly and very helpful."
