Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The ocean was partially visible from my room. The room was spacious and on the quieter side. The pool is nice, but noisy. The quieter pool on the northern side was a little cold. The staff is friendly and helpful. Can't complain. "

Garza Blanca Los Cabos - All Inclusive

"Everything was awesome! Going back soon"

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The main pool was very large. Although it was spring break, the pool was not overly crowded. The staff at the bars worked extremely hard to make sure they served the drinks fast. The buffets were always fully stocked with various options. The night restaurants were great about accommodating your party even though reservations were not allowed. I enjoyed the daily workout classes. Very fun and various classes. There were stores onsite that you could get medicine and snacks at practically anytime. I can’t say enough how hard the staff worked to make sure they were accommodating. Oh, the day parties were crazy fun. "

Marquis Los Cabos, An All Inclusive, Adults Only & No Timeshare Resort
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I, both in our 40s, stayed 4 nights in March and the experience was impeccable from check in to checkout. The resort is the perfect size, big enough to feel luxurious but small enough that you never feel crowded. One thing we loved was not having to wake up early to “reserve” pool chairs, there were always plenty available. The crowd also skewed a bit older which suited us perfectly, no spring break energy here. There is plenty to do, but the overall vibe is upscale, relaxed, and focused on great food and service rather than endless activities.
The food across the resort was excellent. Every restaurant we tried was great and the steaks were top notch, which is a pretty good sign of the overall quality you can expect. The gym also deserves special mention, it is one of the best hotel gyms we have used and that mattered to us since fitness is a priority. Our room was impeccably cleaned every day and always felt fresh when we returned.
What really makes this place special is the staff. Ana, one of the restaurant hosts, was on only her third day of work when we arrived, somehow learned our names right away and greeted us with a smile every time we saw her, even saying goodby with a warm hug. Sergio, one of the pool servers, was also fantastic, friendly, fast, and happy to share stories about where he is from and his family. This list could go on on and on but warmth of the staff is what makes this resort stand out. We will absolutely be back. "

El Encanto All Inclusive Resort at Hacienda Encantada
8/10 Good
"Pools clean and staff our great, however no beach access. All inclusive is not exactly all inclusive they have a premium upgrade for sale when you arrive. Beautiful views and landscaping is the best I have seen at a resort. Rooms a bit dated but nice, also no night life but will shuttle you for free to downtown."

Villa La Valencia Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Very good place to spend time with your family "

Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort by Marriott
4/10 Poor
"Gorgeous property, nice amenities, good food, great entertainment. But they lost us at the service!!! Everyone is micromanaged by management and very strict on your consumption. It’s as if they didn’t even want you to have a drink or order food. My husband and I were there with our 2 kids and a simple order of 2 room service pizzas mode them was questioned, “why 2, how many people in your room……”. I’m confused why this is a question to be asked when I’m in a room for 4 and have paid a pretty penny to enjoy myself “all inclusively”.
Hardly any of the staff were friendly or happy to serve you, you seemed like a major inconvenience to them any time you ordered more than one thing.
We weren’t there to over indulge, but please, let us enjoy ourselves without feeling like we’re being monitored or rationed.
Very odd “all-inclusive” experience. They need a better system. I don’t know if it is because there is time share guests there without wristbands or what. But it fostered a very uninviting experience for such a gorgeous resort. Surely there is a better way to serve your guests, And be less judgemental when doing so.
We still managed to enjoy ourselves and had nice time once we got over the fact that we weren’t going to be greeted by service staff with a smile or encouraged to order ANY food or drinks. You need to order what you want when you want and not be offended by the judgement. We will not be back unless the system changes. A shame because this place is beautiful.

The Cape, A Thompson Hotel, by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"Our room overlooked the stunning view of the ocean. "

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"It seems most rooms will have an ocean view. Good solid food choices. There are 6 or so restaurants. 4 main ones are open for nights. An Italian restaurant,
A Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, Mediterranean restaurant, and an optional steak house (the steak house was extra if you wanted to go there.). There were 2 restaurants open by the pool area each day until 5. "
