Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos - Adults Only - All-Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Experience"

Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Wifi was spotty and not reliable. Went to 3 different restaurants at 7:00pm and was told they were full for the night, had people waiting for tables. Some info at checkin about the process would have helped. First time at this property but wegave stayed next door at the adults only
Location and it was much better service and wifi."

The Cape, A Thompson Hotel, by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms in the residences are not as nice as the rooms in the main hotel Just make sure you know that when your booking "

Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"From the moment our family arrived, our experience was extremely disappointing. The resort simply does not have enough dining options to support its guests. There’s no dinner buffet for those who don’t want to wait in long lines, leaving you with limited choices—either show up right at 5:30 PM and hope to get in, wait hours, or risk not eating at all, which unfortunately happened to us one night.
What makes it worse is how disorganized the system is. After checking in and receiving a buzzer, we watched our table get given away to someone else. When we brought it up, the response was essentially “oops,” followed by being told it would be a long time before we could be seated again.
The entire dining process needs a complete overhaul. A proper reservation system would go a long way in improving the experience and better supporting hotel guests.
Out of the hundreds of resorts we’ve stayed at around the world, this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had."

Grand Velas Los Cabos - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Overall beautiful resort but not quite the experience we were expecting given price differential over other resorts in area.
Have stayed previously at Hyatt ziva and Garza Blanca which were 40-50% cheaper for all inclusive so my star rating is reflective of that
The food was similar caliber at each experience.
I had fishy sea bass one evening
Cocktails were sadly often too sweet and was surprised not higher level liquor and wine for the price.
Coffee shop was good and nice easy breakfast options
Buffet fairly avg but really enjoyed the fresh quesadillas (but had similar at other resorts)
No unsweetened yogurt- always out of cottage cheese
Pools are beautiful but no area less than 4.5ft so kids tired easily swimming and we had to constantly be on guard. Lifeguards mostly watching ocean
Had some difficulty ordering food and drink poolside due to staffing and requiring in person orders vs mobile.
Ice cream only open 12-2 and 6 flavors or so only so kids disappointed.
Ocean is not swimmable- which we knew ahead of time but beach is beautiful
Enjoyed the yoga and meditation classes each am
Kids club was great with evening activities daily
I booked on Expedia as had some perks like $100 dining credit- couldn’t use
$50 spa credit- everything was 300$ and didn’t apply to the water experience which is what I got so couldn’t
Half off transportation- did not apply because needed different sized cars each way as meeting family so couldn’t accommodate
Overall not worth $

El Encanto All Inclusive Resort at Hacienda Encantada
6/10 Okay
"This was our first experience with an all inclusive. The property was beautiful and the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The food was to be expected for an all inclusive.
I had to give this a lower rating based on a few things. Upon arrival, we were instructed to give our luggage to the bellhop while we checked in. Once it was our time to check in the front desk attendant, alerted us that we had received an upgrade for our room and had to go to the other side to check in. As we were checking in, the butler had me sign a bunch of paperwork that never really explained anything. He also ran my credit card for 10,000 pesos and I had to ask what this was for because it was never explained to me. Once we were checked in, we met with a different person who was trying to sell us on the timeshare aspect of the resort. She was incredibly pushy and we had just come off of a long travel day, so we did not appreciate the continuous badgering to join the timeshare.
We finally got to go up to our room and was shocked to see that our luggage still had not arrived so we had to go down to retrieve it ourselves.
It was at this point we also realized we knew nothing about what rhe all inclusive had entailed despite speaking to two employees during check in. We came back downstairs and found a third employee who explained it all to us, but not before also trying to sell us on the timeshare.
When we checked out, I received the itemized bill and realized that none of the room service or del"
