"A pleasant little Oasis in NOLA. The property and the staff were warm, inviting. The rooms were thoughtfully curated and the pool area was very calming. I stayed in three locations while in NOLA and this location by far was the most pleasant and rewarding."

"Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!"

"The Maison is a quaint hotel located in the lower Garden District with close proximity to the World War museum and right off the St Charles street car line. A peaceful relaxing place with security all day long. The property has a tropical southern colonial feel and is near some good restaurants and bars. Staff are attentive and the room maids are very nice. The place isn't anything luxurious but comfortable and relaxing. Pool and hot tub make it relaxing after a long day on the town or Jazz...

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. We asked for a relatively quiet area of the hotel and we were put on the second floor directly above a very busy road. The bartender was very rude. "

"The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints."
