"This place ticks all the boxes. The concierge was extremely helpful at check-in. Decor was quality. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and the attendant was meticulous in keeping things stocked and clean. The nightly price was reasonable compared to other options in the area, like significantly. "The property can use a good cleaning and revamp. You enter through an entrance that does not scream hotel. There are small signs telling you to take the elevator to the lobby on the 3rd floor. There is one valet person, so expect to wait to drop off your vehicle and for him to deliver it to you. The staff are friendly. However, we waited over an hour and half for them to deliver a pillow and after repeated text messages, they delivered bedding and not a pillow (at close to 1am). We had to ask...
