"The restored victorian home was a great experience. The house and room were clean, quiet, and decorated to theme and style. The exterior gardens and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. "We discovered our new go to place to stay in Canandaigua! We visit often to see family and often have a hard time finding a nice place to rest our head that is close to family, nice and affordable. "Our stay at Waters Edge in the Seneca Room was a 5 star experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The unobstructed view of the lake is the best part. A close second is the breakfast. There were several options on the menu we could choose from on the night before. It’s a beautiful, serene place tucked away off the main road but just minutes from the downtown restaurants. Two thumbs up to Karen and her husband for curating the perfect place. We would highly recommend staying here."

"We loved our stay at Magnolia Place! This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The location is definitely the best you will find. Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day. "Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "
