"This was mine and my daughter's first trip to the Hamptons and we had the pleasure of staying at Carole's B&B. I would highly recommend anyone going to the Hamptons who's looking for good accommodations that are very close to one of the best beaches in the Hamptons and nice restaurants and not too far from Southampton to stay here, especially for such a reasonable price that can't be beat. We had a nice clean room with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower and Carole made us a nice breakfast...

"Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay...
