"The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel itself was well looked after and gave really good vibes. My only negative feedback is the condition of the pool area. When your at the pool looking to relax and you're looking around at damaged or rusted walls and features, it really puts you off. I'd recommens a fresh lick of paint and some tropical plants that thrive on humid, damp environment. < This would make a big difference. "

"The fantastic reception staff when we arrived were extremely helpful with a duplicate booking problem that I had. I believe they ,especially Alphi, went above and beyond what would normally be expected for good and courteous service. IHG are extremely lucky to havethis young man on their team.
