"On arrival, I wasnā€™t shown to my room. I wasnā€™t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasnā€™t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do. "
