"The first thing was it was a room with no window and I’m pretty sure that’s against Code. There was another room across the hall that people were yelling and partying all night and we didn’t get any sleep. There really was no staff. We called someone on the phone and got codes to get in. This is not a hotel. There was scented products all over the room and as someone who reacts to scented products I think they should check that out first. We called the cab for an airport so I’m not sure what...

"Men of women of different ages settled in the same room because of this people came at different times it was inconvenient to go to the bathroom , the lock on my door(of my bed)did not work when I came home I found that someone was opening my bed cause the door was open. Sleeping was unbearable because all the time someone came and left at any time of the night and the noise was unreal"

"2 stars because the bed was comfy and there was AC. Other than that…way overpriced. Virtually zero amenities provided. Two pillows on the bed. 2 extras in the cabinet had no cases and were dirty. Not even soap in the bathroom. The shower drain didn’t work because it was clogged with hair and flooded the whole bathroom when we tried to use it. Someone met us there and let us in - that’s pretty much it. "

"La Casa di Amy is like owning a home while you are in Rome. Very pleasant stay, clean rooms and convinient being close to many restaurants, stores and termini. There is an everyday cleaning of the room which is really superb. And lastly, Yuri & Miki and whole family is the best, which goes over and beyond in helping and making sure everything would be lovely on your stay. This is more than 5stars treatment. thank you.
