"This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location in Venice, right on the Piazzale Roma. Just steps from where our van transport dropped us off and just steps to catch the Airport Bus the next morning. A great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again when in Venice!"

"Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend. "

"It’s a lovely hotel centrally located in walking distance to restaurants. It had a wide variety of breakfast from fresh fruits, juices, breads, and coffee options. The rooms were a good size for a family of 4. We also had a great view of the mountains in the back and the canal. Hotel staff were friendly and we had a great 2 night stay. "
