"Temiz oda,konforlu bir oda."

"Super vakantie gehad met alles erop en eraan. Genoeg zwembaden en genoeg plaats ongeacht wanneer je gaat. De zee was ook lekker warm midden juni. Ondanks volle capaciteit is er genoeg ruimte om toch te genieten van alles. Het voelde aan alsof het hotel niet zo druk was, zo groot is het. We hebben ook heel lekker gegeten. Er is echt veel keuze in de restaurants. De meeste a la carte restaurants zijn gratis inbegrepen (buiten een paar) en enorm lekker en mooi geserveerd. Het personeel is enorm...

"The Hotel and Resort all together are very old and outdated. I do not know how it is possible to have such a high rating. When we checked in we had to change 3 rooms until we got one that did not have a mold smell inside of the room. Avoid the bungalow rooms, I think those are the worst. Food was mostly average and drink selection is terrible. If you are looking for something premium avoid Xanadu. If you are looking for something cheap just to get away from home and have no expectations then...

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"Die unterkunft ist hervorragend, sei es für kinder im krabbel alter bis hin zu Erwachsene . Zimmer werden jeden tag sauber gemacht und das erstaunliche war das immer vom haus jemand abends kam und die betten fürs schlafen gehen noch einmal frisch bezogen hat. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und immer nachgefragt ob es wünsche gibt. Schlecht war für uns das pool Wasser das 26 Grad ist für ein baby ungünstig leider aber trotzdem werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen das selbe Hotel nOch...

"Ich hatte dieses Hotel im Voraus bezahlt, konnte jedoch aufgrund stornierter Flüge nicht anreisen. Leider war es für mich nicht möglich, einen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen, um die Situation zu klären oder eine Lösung zu finden. Da ich nie im Hotel eingecheckt habe, kann ich die Unterkunft selbst nicht bewerten. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die mangelnde Erreichbarkeit und die fehlende Unterstützung bei meinem Anliegen."

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Asteria Belek. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weitläufig und insgesamt für ein großes 5-Sterne-Hotel gut gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön, allerdings war es am Vormittag oft schwierig, einen freien Sonnenschirm oder eine Liege direkt am Strand zu bekommen. Hier wäre eine bessere Organisation wünschenswert. Das Essen war angesichts der sehr großen Anzahl an Gästen in Ordnung und die Auswahl...

"Clean & comfortable "

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"We had a great time at Kadriye Sarp Otel with our child! The hotel is located very close to Nickelodeon Land, which was very convenient for a family vacation.
