My only feedback is around the requirement of showing the same card I used for my booking. I didn't bring the card and the check in process was weighed down by that although the front desk attendant was overall helpful, it shouldn’t matter who I booked through, if the option to book through a third party exists, then the check in should not be dependent on how I booked it. As the customer, that should be seamless. "
