Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel EN YO"

"One of the most affordable hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Japan and SUPER worth it!! Room is condo style so it came with kitchen area, washer/dryer and a little living room area. Walking distance from train stations, street shops and restaurants but the hotel itself is near a quieter street. Definitely recommend this hotel. All hotels we stayed at were clean and welcoming :)"

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"The location was in the middle of electric town. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a gachapon game which we won some unique discount for the restaurant."

"Queen room we originally reserved was very small (as advertised in size), so we decided to upgrade to a larger room (two twins) and it was great. Excellent shower / bath combo, high end restaurant (Italian, not Japanese) and very helpful stuff. Location is great, really close to Ueno station and everything is relatively easily accessed."

"Loved it. We have booked to come back. Location is excellent for best train lines to navigate Tokyo and proximity to Ueno park to relax"

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"位置方便，步行到秋葉原及車站都在10分鐘內，附近也有很多不同餐廳選擇，但又不會過份靠近最熱鬧區域，能提供寧靜的環境，房間空間也足夠舒適。提供的風筒很不錯。"

"Stuff will not help with the laundry facility. People leave their clothes in the washer and dryer for hours. Report to the stuff so they can remove to clear up machines for a lot of other waiting to use. Stuff refuse to do so. Should at least put a note on the machine let them know. No action taken by the hotel."

"Semua mengesankan dari kamar yg luas dan kebersihannya tp ada 1 kejadian sepatu saya baru beli, disimpan di tempat penyimpanan sepatu, pas mo dipake ada lobang besar gak tau knapa, selebihnya luar biasa"

"There is occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet."

"Great location literally a stones throw away form Akihabara. Also an amazing view of the river in the main eating area."
