"Customer Service amazing, the people and the staff very polite, friendly and always with a beautiful cheerful smile. Breakfast and food spot on. My room was just the perfect fit, had everything that I needed. One thing that is lacking, should have phones in the room, other than that. Amazing hotel, good location to town. Service amazing. The staff amazing. Hotel I highly recommend. Very happy customer."

"There were 10 of us that stayed at Sinalei. The view was beautiful and we loved the food. I chose the T bone Steak and it was huge and very tender. A few went kayaking which was free to use and whilst kayaking they bumped into a group of Turtles. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Clean rooms and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet. We left to stay in Apia and wanted to return back to Sinalei. Thank you for the memories Sinalei. God Bless."
