"We all liked the spacious rooms which had all the facilities needed. It also was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You could not fault the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. The menu had plenty of choices Vietnamese and Western food. "The staff make you feel at home. They are engaging, helpful and wanting to make meaningful connections. They seem like one big happy family which makes your stay so comfortable. The food is excellent. I would recommend the 3 days, 2 nights as the second day you spend time going to the southern part or Cat Ba island which is more scenic."

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."
