"This hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere with a few stores around. Little dated but very clean is served our purpose for a night."

"There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"We flew in quite late, the staff was exceptional! The shuttle service was too crowded when we were picked up in the early a.m. hours. The driver was exceptional, but we could have easily used a larger van"

"The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...

"The staff was so helpful. We hit bad weather and are travel was delayed and Expedia system canceled out room after 11pm. When we called to verify travel (due to weather) was delayed. We literally had no room to sleep and the staff figured out for us."

"Very clean property and rooms. Nice area near fast food, gas station, and coffee (Dunkin). Easy parking. King size bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. 5 star stay for sure"

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."

"Bathroom ceiling over shower head had large hole spilling water out during shower. Was exhausted and didn't notice beforehand. TV wasn't working, it was a very long driving day and we had gone to bed and wanted to relax. Maintenance and staff came and moved out dresser and after about 20 minutes tv was fixed. In the morning, said dresser was still moved out away from wall exposing bed bug matter and mice droppings. Bed was uncomfortable. Reported all the above and showed room to person at...

"Breakfast was only ok. Juice machine broken. No eggs. Need more protein options."

"Unclean. Thought I was getting a one bedroom suite, there is only one room with a foldout. Breakfast is awful, tasteless eggs, stale fruit, leave juice out for hours so it doesn't stay cold. Constant problems with room key. Stay away."

"The facility is clean and well maintained, plenty of parking and well located. I was given a handicap room and it is was very dark with false windows and frosted glass and dim light behind the glass. There was 1 lamp and bed lights, but that was not sufficient to provide adequate light for this room. The TV remote did not work, they replaced it but then the TV would not turn off, it had to be unplugged. The bathroom was awkward, no vanity and the toilet paper roll would not stay in the holder....
