Mi estancia en este departamento en Tulum fue excelente en todos los aspectos. La atención del propietario fue destacable, siempre atento y dispuesto a apoyar en cualquier necesidad. Asimismo, el personal de seguridad mostró un trato profesional y amable, lo cual brindó una mayor sensación de confianza durante toda la estancia. Las instalaciones se encuentran en óptimas condiciones, bien cuidadas y pensadas para ofrecer comodidad. Un punto sobresaliente es la azotea, la cual cuenta con jacuzzis y un asador, ideales para disfrutar momentos de relajación. La hamaca merece una mención especial: definitivamente un 10/10, perfecta para descansar y disfrutar del ambiente. Como aspecto a considerar, el acceso al conjunto habitacional es a través de una calle sin pavimentar, lo cual podría resultar un poco incómodo para algunos visitantes. En conclusión, es una opción altamente recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, buena atención y excelentes amenidades en Tulum. Sin duda, en mis próximas vacaciones será mi primera opción.

The lication is down an unpaved road that will destroy your vehicle unless you have a high suv or truck. They do not provide additional basic amenities when staying for a week or more such as extra trash bags, toilet paper or towels. Communication with the host did not exist once checked in. Wi-fi was sporadic. Pool was lovely, staff were very pleasant, nearby wellness centre was fantastic.

Beautiful place, the room and hallway had a slightly bad smell. One other downside the road isn’t paved but that’s not uncommon in Tulum. Good value tho!!

Les draps et la coeutte était sale d'une substance nébuleuse. Nous avons demandés d'avoir de nouveaux draps, on nous a dit que c'était impossible, il n'y en avait pas. Le personnel était offusqué qu'on leur dise cela. Nous avons du retirer la couette et untiliser des serviettes pour dormir dessus. En plus il n'y avait que 2 petits oreillers. Je ne reconmanderait pas cet endroit. J'espère obtenir un dédommagement pour ce service horrible. Nous avons eu une nuit désagréable et il étais trop tard pour trouver un autre endroit.

Just a weird place to be for any extended time. Looks very nice on the surface but not actually designed for genuine resort luxury- utter lack of soundproofing means obnoxious guests will encroach upon everyone above/below/beside them.

Absolutely no soundproofing by construction or interior design. You will be able to hear your neighbors tapping the soup spoon on the pan at the stove. You’ll hear farts/sneezes & Furniture scraps on the floor… the electric goes out just after dawn on heavy rain, AND for nearby construction (will last all day) and occasionally the whole town of Tulum goes without electricity or internet from 7am-3pm. Do not expect staff to make a public notice of the electricity outage. This is a cooperative with different businesses having responsibility for different aspects of the resort. Don’t expect them to cooperate with each other or you. Good luck trying to use the gym.
