"As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities.
However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Small touches that usually define the experience, such as a welcome drink upon arrival, were missing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited compared to previous visits.

4 people in the room with only 2 x250 ml water bottles and one fave towel!
No key to lock the door as the card swipe was unavailable due to power outages
No food, resting closed
No wifi so couldn’t get delivery
