The room was clean and comfortable but more importantly the night agent was top tier. I will absolutely choose this hotel based off this experience. He made sure i got checked in in the middle of the night with my doggo and was very helpful.

This was our second time staying at Hidden Ridge Resort. We love the rooms, hot pools, and location. The only thing that could improve is the parking. It can be difficult to find a spot close to your unit (or at all) when it’s busy. But despite this, we will come back!
