"The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. "

"We arrived after 9pm. Called ahead to verify we were on our way. The gentleman i spoke with took my paperwork to my room, highlighted what I needed to sign, left a pen and asked for me to drop them off at the office the next morning. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled great! Bathroom showed NO signs of mildew. Room was simply decorated but comfy. Bed was soft in a good way. Slept great! Has all appliances we needed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Had stove and stocked...

"There is no coffee maker in the room. They gave us 2 towels a day. We stayed in a handicap room and the refrigerator was on the floor. Limited countertop space. Breakfast was super low quality."

"This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway."

"The pool was too small when we walked by it was too crowded to swim. The staff was super nice despite being understaffed. When we got there one girl was answering the phone, while checking a line of people in and had a guest waiting to complain about sand fleas or bed bugs. Great parking and close to beach. It was a great location but the owner needs to put some effort into better beds, cleaner upholstery...we got super grossed out finding stains on the pull out and the mattress on the main bed...
