"Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet. The coffee cups were dirty that were on the shelves and so were the knives in the knife rack. The countertop was also sticky like it hadn't...

"Small room, no closets, ants, extremely loud music from outdoor bar across the street (asked specifically if it would be loud, because of location next to road, was told "no its quiet"). Loud music from 9 or 10 pm to 2 pm. Then cars/motorcycles racing up and down road. Desk person was only there until 4 pm, so no help there. Requested my money back and they said "no, you stayed the whole night". Where were we supposed to go. Have been waiting on refund confirmation from General Manager. ...

"My wife and I liked the location. 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room size was the only thing we didn’t like. It was cramped. I think they did the best they could utilizing the space as efficiently as they could. Small bathroom with shower only. It did have a small balcony you could sit outside."
