"The location was good and the idea of it is good but a deep cleaning and some regular maintenance work is much needed. My entire family was congested after the first night, although the air conditioning works, it desperately needs to be cleaned. The bathroom shower head has little water pressure, it was better to shower outside if only there was some privacy. Aside from that the owners were very kind and responsive."

"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!"

"This was a wonderful hotel and I loved everything about it. The two bed suite we had was wonderful because it had the two beds and a pullout sofa on my other side of a wall so it was very cozy and private. The pool was absolutely beautiful, sat in the middle of the hotel overlooking the downtown area and Marina. It was a very unique pool. I enjoyed it very much.
