Rooms need updating — the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even when it was completely closed. Mattresses were not great. They did have great a/c and a nice lobby area but it is definitely not worth what they charge.

Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown by IHG
No hot water, no refills of soaps, shampoo pr conditioner or anything, no refills of towels. Garbage littered all over the premise especially outside the entrance to building on the reserve part.

Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown near University
The stay was ok. The complimentary water in the lobby was out and we had to pay $3 for a bottle of water instead. The sink in the bathroom did not drain so water filled up until the water was turned off and then the water slowly drained. The pull out bed we had planned to use had fruit loops in it ...

Great rooms with excellent staff. Breakfast is one of the best I have had. Their restaurant had very limited options.
