Cleaning could be much more thorough. Towel racks and hairdryers are needed.

Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown by IHG
No hot water, no refills of soaps, shampoo pr conditioner or anything, no refills of towels. Garbage littered all over the premise especially outside the entrance to building on the reserve part.
