"The staff were outstanding; they are friendly, hard working, and try very hard to keep an older building clean & inviting. Our room even had a little character which I loved. There was a little alcove for the microwave, coffee maker & fridge. The bathroom had cute French doors. "

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Advertised pics didn't show the true bad environment of the hotel. Stairwells were in bad shape. Hallways were not clean and sliding glass door did not close all the way (it was off track). Balcony was dirty. Ice machine machines did not work (the one on the ground floor and 2nd floor in the middle). And the worse thing was the number of gnats that flew all around the room for the 3 days we stayed there. Outside grounds were in very bad shape. Bathroom was renovated but bedroom was definetely NOT!!! There were cracks in ceiling etc. Overall stay was terrible. Did NOT feel safe at all!!! "

"Been multiple times, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with them. The house had roaches, the electrical breakers kept tripping for the dishwasher and bathroom outlets. Told front desk, they sent maintenance, all they did was reset breaker for them to re trip when the dishwasher ran. I was told the manger would reach out 2 times but they never did. The pool was low on water all week so it never filtered. They put the hose in but never actually turned it on to fill it. Terrible service from the front desk as well. No longer care to stay. Was also considering purchasing a home, I no longer have any interest. "

"This property has lots of misleading advertisements. One pool on site only. We did not have parking at building therefore we had to walk 10 minutes with kids and all swim stuff every day. The best pool comes at $20 per person which is not disclosed at booking."

"When they say light breakfast, they mean light breakfast it was basically a muffin and oatmeal and an apple. The rooms are very musty your towels do not dry out so we kept having to ask for fresh towels. Pool is clean though and they do have lounge chairs there so I was able to utilize that pillows are very small. They’re like a half pillow."
