"Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!"

"As soon as i pulled into the parking lot there was a domestic dispute in the front lobby and i had to go back and forth with the front desk man outside the room was terrible and not clean i had 3 men outside my door laughing and drinking till 3 when i had a flight at 5 overall was not a good experience and wouldn’t stay here again. "The room was filthy. It was as if someone had just left it. Stains all over the carpet, stains all over the curtains. The TV had so many issues, I do not even know where to begin. Big problem they had was towels, they ask you to return your towels to get new ones. Every single time I went to get new towels. There was none. The only time I got some was by waiting 30 minutes. Funny thing is, they only gave me 2 for my family of 5. The breakfast they have is terrible. My first day there ordered...

"For the price, this location is worth every penny. I was hesitant to stay at a Motel, but this place has it all and you feel so safe at night. They’ve done a great job decorating and the beds are clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely and the lobby had fun vibes. The only thing I can think negatively is the lobby breakfast coffee was bad ( watery). But truly that’s the worst thing I could say about this. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"This hotel is small and needs updating. Not perfectly clean, chairs covers on veranda were shredded and dirty. The hotel lost power on my last day- and there was no plan from the hotel and no management onsite to deal with it. One very inexperienced front desk staffer who was bewildered. I ended up checking out. Expedia put me up at another hotel which was great. "

"So dirty and loud. This place is the equivalent of a very poorly maintain Motel 6. The vinyl flooring is separating at the seams through the building hallways, the carpet in our room had numerous stains and spills on it, bedding was stained, housekeeping never showed up to change our bedding or give us towels in a multiple night stay, the walls were putty patches throughout the building that were never painted, the entry doors don’t secure and several had exposed electrical dangling from them....

"The pool and slide were amazing. The suite was spacious and it was lovely to have a kitchen and balcony. The staff were super responsive and helpful. The lifeguards did an amazing job keeping the kids safe, especially Claire. The only thing I can say that’s constructive feedback is that there are not nearly enough lounge chairs at the pool. Guests are lined up at 8am when it opens and line 90% of the chairs with towels/belongings by 8:15am. If you come to the pool at 9, there’s nowhere to put...
