"A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Quiet, but close to walkable must see locations. The people working were wonderful and kind and upgraded us on the second leg of our stay. The only complaints we had are a couple times items that we requested be brought to our room were not brought, and some fairly large dust bunnies on the floor. Despite that, I would stay again for the comfort and location!"

Rhiannon was very helpful: stowing bags, booking a taxi, answering our questions, and arranging an early check-in.. All the staff was very kind and warm. Anna was also lovely. We would not stay in the same room (220–The Skerry) again: it was so small that it was hard to open our suitcases AND move about in the available floor space,...

"The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. If it were not for them my score would have been lower. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not say soundproof. Each night I stayed there were ambulance/police sirens that could easily be heard. Also loud music and loud vehicles could be heard from my room. You can’t hear regular street noise, but I was woken up more than a few times."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

La struttura è nuova, modernamente organizzata. Le camere accoglienti e dotate di quanto necessario per rendere confortevole una permanenza di più giorni. Un po' di spazio in più attorno al letto matrimoniale ci sarebbe stato bene."
